soooo i have this friend, violette, who has a couple sites on neopets.
one of them is UVD, and she asked me to make a new layout for her because she thought her site needed a change.

and here it is! she isnt using it because 1: it hasnt been coded yet, and 2: she's thinking of closing.
all the coloured parts are navigation links, and text for "UVD" is Bittersweet, gotten from swimchick.net

i think it needs to look more...appealing. like, a lot more.

I think it would be superspiffy to use this with flash on a site...
IT WILL HAPPEN. eventually. (just probably not as UVD)

i like this layout is formal but have a style :)
